Essential Information 

• Private transfer facilities are available with additional charges.
• The departing location of the cruise is Dubai Creek(Al Seef St – Umm Hurair 1 – Dubai, Bur Dubai Sight) Gate No – E, Near Kailash Parbat Restaurant. Guests who didn’t opt for transfer must arrive at the location on time.
• The transfer facilities might not be available from Downtown Dubai and the Business Bay area (near Burj Khalifa) as the roads remain closed during New Year’s Eve. Please reach the Mall of Emirates for pickup (same location for drop-off).
• Please report at the location by 9 pm on 31^st December 2026.
• Our team will forward the location map and booking confirmation details before the scheduled activity.
• Guests can choose from two different tickets – lower deck and upper deck. However, the prices are different for both the decks.
• Guests choosing the lower deck option cannot access the upper deck during the live fireworks show. They must stay in the lower deck and enjoy the show through the deck windows.
• The menu details will be available at the dinner buffet area. We provide vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for dinner.
• In case of rough sea or bad weather, if the coast guard restricts open sea access, the cruise location may change.
• Late arrivals will be considered as no-show & no refund will be processed.
• The cruise departs promptly at the scheduled time and will not wait.
• Pickups may not be possible from areas affected by road closures after 4 PM.
• Pickup timings may vary depending on traffic and location.
• The New Year Dhow Cruise Dubai Creek activity will last from 10 pm to 1 am.
• Kindly carry warm clothes when coming for the activity to remain comfortable since the temperatures drop a couple of degrees at night.
• This cruise tour is stroller inaccessible so you can’t take it in the boat in any of the deck.
• The onboard staff will take care of the seating arrangement. However, everything will depend on the guest’s selection of decks.

• Transfer facility is available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai. No airport pickup is available.

• Our pickup timing is between 8:00 pm to 8:30 pm (on 31^st December 2026), and drop-off timing is 2.00 am to 3.00 am (on 1^st January 2027).

• Kindly reach the activity location at least an hour before the departure schedule.

• Once the tour is booked, it cannot be canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• If the booked service is unavailable after payment, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a full refund.
• If the booking is canceled by us, the refund processing time is 7 to 14 days before it appears on your bank statement.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Child Policy

• Kids below three are considered infants and can join the New Year Dhow Cruise Dubai Creek activity for free.
• Children between three to ten must pay the child rate to book the activity.
• Anyone above ten is considered an adult and must pay the same to join the New Year Dhow Cruise Dubai Creek party.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Under the following circumstances, the organizer has the right to cancel the charter or event:

• To ensure the safety of all the guests during bad weather or sea conditions, the organizer or captain can cancel, delay, or reschedule the event.

• This is a shared yacht that must meet the minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the event will be canceled by the organizer.
• If there is a natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies, the cancellations will be made without liability.
• There is no additional compensation during refunds, and only the full paid amount by the guest.
• If there are any additional expenses from the third-party bookings, accommodation, or travel, the organizer is not responsible for them.
• The Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding the charter fee. They are not responsible for weather conditions, or for missed experiences, including fireworks, due to circumstances they cannot control.
