Important Information

  • Every passenger must display their valid passport or Emirates ID for identity verification purposes.
  • There are no strict dress codes, but smart casuals are preferable. Moreover, you must avoid any revealing clothes like beachwear and flip-flops, which are inadmissible.
  • You must arrive early, at least 30 minutes before the boarding time, to ensure smooth boarding without any delay.
  • Areas coming under road closure after 4 PM might not be serviceable for pickup.
  • Pickup times are estimates and may fluctuate due to traffic conditions.
  • No refunds are available for late arrivals, which will be treated as no-shows.
  • Please arrive early, as the cruise departs exactly on schedule.
  • When sea conditions are rough or the weather is bad, the coast guard may restrict sailing, causing a change in the location.
  • No one should bring outside food and beverages on the cruise.
  • Adults must supervise the children at all times.
  • The cruise always stays on time, thus there are no chances of boarding if you miss it.
  • The seating is done as per the ticket purchased (Regular or VIP).
  • Guests with strollers will not be allowed to board.
  • You must bring your print or digital confirmation ticket.
  • Kindly drink alcohol responsibly and follow all the safety rules and regulations.

Cancellation Policy

  • The bookings are strictly non-cancellable. You cannot reschedule, modify, or cancel the bookings once confirmed.
  • Due to any reason if you are not able to show up on the cruise, it will be considered as no-show & is non-refundable.
  • If the service cannot be fulfilled after payment, we reserve the right to cancel and refund.

Child Policy

  • Children aged 10 years and below must purchase a child ticket.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Under the following circumstances, the organizer has the right to cancel the charter or event:

  • To ensure the safety of all the guests during bad weather or sea conditions, the organizer or captain can cancel, delay, or reschedule the event.
  • If the charter faces any mechanical failure, operational problems, or safety issues, the organizer may cancel the booking.
  • This is a shared yacht that must meet the minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the event will be canceled by the organizer.
  • If there is a natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies, the cancellations will be made without liability.
  • There is no additional compensation during refunds, and only the full paid amount by the guest.
  • If there are any additional expenses from the third-party bookings, accommodation, or travel, the organizer is not responsible for them.
  • The Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding the charter fee. They are not responsible for weather conditions, or for missed experiences, including fireworks, due to circumstances they cannot control.
