Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds for cancellations. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
If payment is made and the service is not available, we have the right to cancel and refund.

Pick Up & Drop off Details
While pick-ups and drops aren’t included in the regular package, they are arranged on the payment of an additional charge. Here are the details:
Transfer facilities are available from hotels and residences that are centrally located in Dubai. Airport pickups are not available.
Pickup may be delayed or unavailable if your area falls under road closure after 4 PM.
The pickup and drop-off timings can be altered on New Year’s evening (30 to 60 minutes maximum) depending on the traffic flow in the guest’s location
The pickup timing is between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM (on 31st December) and the drops are made between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM (on 1st January 2027)
Child Policy
Kids below 3 years old are not allowed to join the tour for safety reasons.
Everyone above 3 years are welcomed to the tour with standard price rates.
Organizer Cancellation Policy
Under the following circumstances, the organizer has the right to cancel the charter or event:
To ensure the safety of all the guests during bad weather or sea conditions, the organizer or captain can cancel, delay, or reschedule the event.
If the charter faces any mechanical failure, operational problems, or safety issues, the organizer may cancel the booking.
This is a shared yacht that must meet the minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the event will be canceled by the organizer.
If there is a natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies, the cancellations will be made without liability.
There is no additional compensation during refunds, and only the full paid amount by the guest.
If there are any additional expenses from the third-party bookings, accommodation, or travel, the organizer is not responsible for them.
The Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding the charter fee. They are not responsible for weather conditions, or for missed experiences, including fireworks, due to circumstances they cannot control.

There’s a possibility of roadblocks being put up by the authorities in the Business Bay Area to allow New Year celebrations. If they are indeed put up, the pick-ups shall be made from any of the other Emirates.
