Essential Information

• You shall receive a confirmation upon booking.
• All along the cruise, children aboard the yacht shall have to be accompanied by their guardians.
• There’s no fixed dress code and party wear is preferred. You can semi-formal or smart casuals attire to match the party ambiance.
• If your location falls within the road closure zone after 4 PM, pickup may not be available.
• Arriving late will count as a no-show, with no refunds available.
• Please note, the cruise leaves on time and cannot wait for anyone.
• Strollers are not allowed in the boat during tour in any of the selected deck.
• If the coast guard restricts sailing due to rough seas or bad weather, the location may be altered.
• Vegetarian food is served as well.
• 150 people can be accommodated on a single cruise.

• Tour duration – 3 hours
• Pickup time – 08:00pm to 08:30pm (31st December 2025)
• Boarding time – 09:00pm to 09:45pm
• Cruising time – 10:00pm to 01:00am
• Drop-off time – 02:00am to 03:00am (location & traffic dependent)
• For Direct Reporting Boarding starts from 09:00pm to 09:30pm.

Cancellation policy

• Once the tour is booked, it cannot be canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• In case the chosen tour is unavailable after the payments, your reservation may be canceled, and a full refund will be processed.
• If the booking is canceled by us, the refund processing time is 7 to 14 days before it appears on your bank statement.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Child Polciy

• Kids below three are considered infants and can join the Creek luxury yacht activity for free.
• Children between three to ten must pay the child rate to book the activity.
• Anyone above ten is considered an adult and must pay the same to join the Creek luxury yacht.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Under the following circumstances, the organizer has the right to cancel the charter or event:

• To ensure the safety of all the guests during bad weather or sea conditions, the organizer or captain can cancel, delay, or reschedule the event.
• If the charter faces any mechanical failure, operational problems, or safety issues, the organizer may cancel the booking.
• This is a shared yacht that must meet the minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the event will be canceled by the organizer.
• If there is a natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies, the cancellations will be made without liability.
• There is no additional compensation during refunds, and only the full paid amount by the guest.
• If there are any additional expenses from the third-party bookings, accommodation, or travel, the organizer is not responsible for them.
• The Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding the charter fee. They are not responsible for weather conditions, or for missed experiences, including fireworks, due to circumstances they cannot control.
