The yacht runs on time. Kindly arrive at the reporting location without any delay.
Carry a hard copy of the booking confirmation. E-tickets are also accepted.

NOTE: The cruise location may change if the coast guard doesn’t allow sailing into the open waters due to bad weather conditions or rough sea.
Cancellation Policy
All tickets, once booked, are non-refundable.
We don’t accept ticket rescheduling requests.
If your payment is received but the service is not available, we reserve the right to cancel and refund.

Children over 11 years old must pay the adult ticket price.
Organizer Cancellation Policy
Under the following circumstances, the organizer has the right to cancel the charter or event:
To ensure the safety of all the guests during bad weather or sea conditions, the organizer or captain can cancel, delay, or reschedule the event.
If the charter faces any mechanical failure, operational problems, or safety issues, the organizer may cancel the booking.
This is a shared yacht that must meet the minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the event will be canceled by the organizer.
If there is a natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies, the cancellations will be made without liability.
There is no additional compensation during refunds, and only the full paid amount by the guest.
If there are any additional expenses from the third-party bookings, accommodation, or travel, the organizer is not responsible for them.
The Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding the charter fee. They are not responsible for weather conditions, or for missed experiences, including fireworks, due to circumstances they cannot control.
