• Once booked, the tour cannot be canceled. A 100% cancellation fee applies.
• If we cancel the tour due to product unavailability, a full refund will be issued.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Under the following circumstances, the organizer has the right to cancel the charter or event:

• The organizer or captain can cancel, postpone or reschedule the event to make sure that the guests are all safe in case of bad weather or sea conditions are adverse.
• In case the charter suffers some mechanical breakdown or other operational difficulties or even safety concerns by the organizer, they are at liberty to cancel the booking.
• It is a group yacht, which has to incorporate the minimum passengers onboard. The organizer would cancel the event in case the requirement is not fulfilled within the deadline.
• The cancellations will be done without liability in case of a natural calamity, government restrictions, pandemics, and other significant emergencies.
• There is no extra compensation when doing a refund, and just the whole amount paid by the guest.
• In case of any extra costs for booking with the third party, accommodation, or traveling, the organizer does not have their responsibility.
• The Organizer will only be liable to a refund of the charter fee. They are not liable to weather conditions, or missed experience such as fireworks because of the circumstances they are not in control of.
