• Guests must directly report to the location. Alternatively, we provide optional private transfers.
• Our transfer facilities are available from centrally located hotels or residences in Dubai. However, we don’t provide airport transfers.
• New Year traffic remains high in the city on the 31^stDecember night. Hence, the pickup and drop-off timing for private transfers can vary (30 to 60 minutes) depending on your location.
• Everyone must bring their Emirates ID or passport when coming for the activity.
• Please maintain a proper dress code for the cruise party. Choose casual party wear. However, avoid wearing beachwear.
• A light jacket is mandatory as the temperature can drop at night.
• There are different charges for each deck.

Cancellation Policy

• Get a full refund for cancellations made 14 days before New Year.
• However, on canceling within 14 days it will be 100% non-refundable.
• Expect to get the refund within seven business days (if eligible).

• Kids up to 3 years old will enjoy free entry.
• However, children between 3 and 10 years old must book child tickets.
