• You are free to purchase more than one voucher.
• You can’t access other deck during the tour if haven’t booked earlier.
• The New Year VIP Dinner Cruise Marina may be called off in case of inclement weather
• Bookings can be made only if seats are available
• If the coast guard restrict open sea movement because of rough weather, the cruise will operate in an alternate location.
• Please be aware that road closures after 4 PM could prevent pickup from your location.
• Given pickup timings are subject to change depending on the traffic & location.
• Combining with other offers isn’t allowed.

An Update

The pricing of the New Year VIP Dinner Cruise Marina tickets has been kept dynamic. As the demand for the tickets rise, their availability shrinks and hence, the prices rise.

The prices of the New Year’s Eve tickets can rise by as much as 100% or even more as we approach New Year.

Important: All the events are sold out much before December 31. We therefore request you to make your plans early and book your tickets so you don’t miss out.

Child Policy

Children up to 10 years of age can get child tickets for them.

Private Transfers

Private transfers are offered from centrally located hotels and other accommodations in Dubai as long as there are no roadblocks put up to allow New Year’s celebrations. The option for private transfer shall have to be selected during booking.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Under the following circumstances, the organizer has the right to cancel the charter or event:

• To ensure the safety of all the guests during bad weather or sea conditions, the organizer or captain can cancel, delay, or reschedule the event.
• If the charter faces any mechanical failure, operational problems, or safety issues, the organizer may cancel the booking.
• This is a shared yacht that must meet the minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the event will be canceled by the organizer.
• If there is a natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies, the cancellations will be made without liability.
• There is no additional compensation during refunds, and only the full paid amount by the guest.
• If there are any additional expenses from the third-party bookings, accommodation, or travel, the organizer is not responsible for them.
• The Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding the charter fee. They are not responsible for weather conditions, or for missed experiences, including fireworks, due to circumstances they cannot control.
