• A minimum of two people are required to book the New Year Overnight Desert Safari Dubai activity.
• The new government regulations require a 5% VAT to be added to all tourist bookings.
• Private transfers may require you to come to the nearest pickup point because of road closures. (if availed)
• We provide transfer facilities from Dubai hotels and residences for private pickup. Airport pickups are not available.
• The transfer timings can be modified (30-60 minutes) depending on the traffic conditions in your area.
• The duration of the New Year Overnight Desert Safari Dubai activity is ten hours.
• Our pickup timing is between 7:30 PM- 8:00 PM on 31st December 2025.

Cancellation policy

• Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the New Year are 100% refundable.
• Cancellations made within 14 days before New Year is totally non-refundable.
• It takes about 7 days to process refund amount in your bank account. (if eligible)
• If the product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel and refund payment.

Child policy

• Kids below three don’t need an entry fee to join the New Year Overnight Desert Safari Dubai party.
• Children between three to ten must pay the child rate to join the activity.
• Kids above ten must pay the standard rates to join the activity.
