- Arriving late from the scheduled time will result in no-show status & is totally non-refundable.

- Coast Guard sometimes limits access to open waters because of rough seas or weather, then the cruise may operate in a safer location.
- As New Year’s Eve approaches, ticket prices are likely to rise significantly, often exceeding 100% as the event date draws nearer

Cancellation Policy
- There are no refunds for cancellations. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
- If payment is made and the service is not available, we have the right to cancel and refund.

Transfers & timings
- The whole tour duration lasts for 2 hrs 30 mins.
- The reporting time is 9:30 PM.
- Boarding commences at 10 PM.
- The sailing time is from 10:30 PM to 1:00 AM.
- Fireworks starts at 12:00 AM.
- Boarding point is East Marina Gate V, near coffee club.
Pick Up & Drop off Details
While pick-ups and drops aren’t included in the regular package, they are arranged on the payment of an additional charge. Here are the details:
- Transfer facilities are available from hotels and residences that are centrally located in Dubai. Airport pickups are not available.
- Pickup may be delayed or unavailable if your area falls under road closure after 4 PM.
- The pickup and drop-off timings can be altered on New Year’s evening (30 to 60 minutes maximum) depending on the traffic flow in the guest’s location
- The pickup timing is between 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM (on 31st December) and the drops are made between 2:00 AM and 3:00 AM (on 1st January 2026)
Child Policy
- Kids below 3 years old are not allowed to join the tour for safety reasons.
- Everyone above 3 years are welcomed to the tour with standard price rates.
There’s a possibility of roadblocks being put up by the authorities in the Business Bay Area to allow New Year celebrations. If they are indeed put up, the pick-ups shall be made from any of the other Emirates.
