- All cancellations requested 14 days before New Year will be done for free.
- No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of New Year.
- The refund money will be returned to the source within seven business days (if eligible).
Child Policy
- Kids between 3 and 10 years old must book child tickets.
- Others above 10 must book standard tickets.
