Important Information
Every passenger must carry their passport or Emirates ID for identity verification before boarding.
There is no strict dress code, but the guests must maintain decency and not wear anything revealing. You should dress comfortably as per your style.
No one can bring outside food and drink onboard.
To avoid any delay, everyone must arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the boarding time. The Lotus Royal does not wait for anyone and leaves the dock on time.
The private transfer timings are subject to change depending on the traffic & location.
Pickups from areas under road closure after 4 PM cannot be guaranteed.
Families with kids must keep them close at all times for safety purposes.
The cruise does not allows strollers onboard.
The cruise follows a strict departure schedule and will not wait for late arrivals.
The seating arrangements depend on the ticket you have purchased, Regular or VIP.
If the weather is not favorable for sailing, the event location & schedule is subject to change.
You must have the digital or printed version of the booking confirmation.
Everyone must consume alcohol responsibly and follow the safety guidelines.
There are no refunds if you arrive late or miss the cruise for any reason.
Cancellation Policy
The bookings are not subject to cancellation, refund, or rescheduling.
Once confirmed, it is strictly non-refundable.
No refunds in case of no-show or late arrival.
In the event that the service is unavailable after payment, we hold the right to cancel and refund.
Child Policy
An adult must supervise their children at any cost.
There is no guarantee of separate seats for the infants. They may share it with parents.
There are adult rate tickets for every kid who is above 10 years old.
Children who are less than 10 years old must have to book child tickets.
Organizer Cancellation Policy
Under the following circumstances, the organizer has the right to cancel the charter or event:
To ensure the safety of all the guests during bad weather or sea conditions, the organizer or captain can cancel, delay, or reschedule the event.
If the charter faces any mechanical failure, operational problems, or safety issues, the organizer may cancel the booking.
This is a shared yacht that must meet the minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the event will be canceled by the organizer.
If there is a natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies, the cancellations will be made without liability.
There is no additional compensation during refunds, and only the full paid amount by the guest.
If there are any additional expenses from the third-party bookings, accommodation, or travel, the organizer is not responsible for them.
The Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding the charter fee. They are not responsible for weather conditions, or for missed experiences, including fireworks, due to circumstances they cannot control.
