The yacht timing is set and will be between 9 pm to 2 am.

Unfavorable weather or sea conditions
If conditions arise such as bad weather or sea conditions make it unsafe to proceed – the organizer/captain may delay, reschedule or cancel the sailing.
Technical/operational issues
The organiser reserves the right to cancel the booking – if there is any mechanical failure, safety concern or operational issues that could cause safety concerns for everyone.
Force Majeure Event
If a Force Majeure Event occurs – the activity will be cancelled. These events are not under the control of the organiser. As such, it can be cancelled without liability.
No additional compensation
The organizer is not responsible for any extra costs incurred by the guests (such as travel, accommodation etc.) – as a result of the third-party service provider’s bookings.
All guests will receive notification ASAP by email, SMS/phone or booking platform used to make the reservation.
Liability limitation
They are not liable for any missed experiences – such as fireworks or any other scheduled events, due to weather or other factors – beyond their control.

The yacht takes up to 23 guests. Five crew members, including the captain, are on board to look after you.
There are 3 rooms you can use to rest or freshen up. The yacht also has an electric grill, a microwave, a music system and a home theatre. Mineral water, ice, glasses and soft drinks are free. If you’d like proper meals, you can add professional catering as an option.
You sail along the Dubai Marina Canal and get close views of the Marina, JBR, Ain Dubai, Atlantis The Palm and Burj Al Arab. At midnight, fireworks light up the buildings around you. The route can also give you a look at the Burj Khalifa and the skyline.
Boarding runs from 9:00 to 9:30 PM at the Marina Canal. The cruise itself goes from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM, which makes about 4 hours. The end time is fixed at 2:00 AM and can’t be extended. The charter starts at the booked time, so a late arrival doesn’t push it back.
Not really. If you cancel after confirmation, the full amount is charged. The organizer can cancel in some cases, such as bad weather, a technical fault or a force majeure event.
