• Due to rough sea conditions or bad weather, the coast guard may restrict access to open waters, resulting in a change of location.

• Boarding time – 09:00pm to 09:45pm
• Cruising time – 10:00pm to 01:00am
• Return drop – 02:00am to 03:00am (location & traffic dependent)

Cancellation Policy

• Once the tour is booked, it cannot be canceled, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
• The refund money is returned to the source within seven business days (if eligible).
• If your selected tour is not available after payment confirmation, we may cancel the booking and process a refund.

Health-Related Cancellation and Refund Policy

In the event that a customer seeks to cancel a New Year booking due to a health-related circumstance, the Company requires the submission of valid medical documentation substantiating the condition. Refund requests arising from health issues will be reviewed and processed only upon receipt and verification of such documentation. The Company reserves the right to decline refund requests that are not supported by appropriate proof or that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.

Child Policy

• Book child tickets for anyone between the age group of 0-10 years old.
• Standard rates apply to anyone above 10 years old.
