• The location of the party is Near Creek Side Park, Baniyas Road, Near to Dubai Municipality. Therefore, you can reach the location via public transport or opt for our optional private transfers.
• Besides, please note that the traffic situation remains critical on the night of the 31^st. Hence, the transfer timings can vary (30 minutes to 60 minutes) as per your area.
• The dinner menu includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian items.
• If the coast guard limits access to open waters because of rough seas or weather, the cruise may operate in a safer location.
• The cruise will start on time and will not hold for late arrivals.
• Late guests will be marked as no-shows, and no refund will be processed.

• The activity location is Opposite to Dubai Municipality Office Baniyas Road, Al Rigga- Deira
• The yacht party’s duration is three hours.
• Pickup time – 8 PM to 8:30 PM (Provided at additional cost)
• Boarding time – 9 PM to 9:45 PM, for direct reporting, boarding starts from 9 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Departure time – Exactly at 10:30 PM.
• Return to the dock – By 1:30 to 2:00 AM (1^st Jan 2027).
• Drop-off time – 02:00 AM to 03:00 AM (depending on traffic conditions & location)

Cancellation Policy

• This tour is non-cancellable, any cancellations made after booking will be 100% chargeable.
• If, due to any reason, the service becomes unavailable after payment, we may cancel and refund.

Child Policy

• Infants are free to join the tour.
• Children between 3 and 10 years old can join with separate child tickets.
• Others above 10 years old must book separate tickets.

Organizer Cancellation Policy

Under the following circumstances, the organizer has the right to cancel the charter or event:

• To ensure the safety of all the guests during bad weather or sea conditions, the organizer or captain can cancel, delay, or reschedule the event.
• If the charter faces any mechanical failure, operational problems, or safety issues, the organizer may cancel the booking.
• This is a shared yacht that must meet the minimum number of participants. If the requirement is not met by the deadline, the event will be canceled by the organizer.
• If there is a natural disaster, government restrictions, pandemics, or major emergencies, the cancellations will be made without liability.
• There is no additional compensation during refunds, and only the full paid amount by the guest.
• If there are any additional expenses from the third-party bookings, accommodation, or travel, the organizer is not responsible for them.
• The Organizer’s liability is limited to refunding the charter fee. They are not responsible for weather conditions, or for missed experiences, including fireworks, due to circumstances they cannot control.
